A short walk along the old pipeline and past Historic Walter's well, around the bend and down into a private cove you will find yourself feeling secluded right next to the creek with a perfect view of the retired 1926 pipeline that use to carry water to Colorado Springs and the Broadmoor. $40/night

Our "creek front" properties offer stunning views of small creek ponds in the middle of a forest, complete with rocks and grass. Close to the creek and wild strawberries seem to BEAR fruit here first, but don't be alarmed, the black bears are more scared of you than you are of them.  One such sweet bear makes her way through when no one is camping, we call her Claire.  She is very shy and will quickly run away... $40/night

A recently discovered spring found nearby a large Fallen Ponderosa Tree.  Simply clime over the trunk and you will see the fresh water make it's way out of the ground and into the creek nearby.  Over time, this spring will intensify with more pressure, for now, we are just excited to have more fresh water making it's way to the surface. $40/night

Giant rock formations, a Giant wading pond, oddly Giant fairy-tail ponderosa pine cove nearby and strangely advanced cuts in the rocks and a large shaped tree hanging over the pond, one would lead you to believe the Giants once roamed in these woods.  Escape to where Giants are left Sleeping Peacefully. $50/night

Incredible rock formations, it's as if Stonehenge created a natural half circle on the other side of the world and included a table for all your inspired campfire meals.  Perfect trees for hammocks, trails everywhere and easy access to the creek.  Group Camping at it's Rustic Finest. $50/night

Secretly situated in the South Eastern most part of the property right on the boarder of Pike's national forest.  Look into the creek and it shimmers with "Colorado Gold".  Do you know how to pan for gold?  Go ahead!  This is our shiniest camp on the property so far. $40/night
