Crosby's Original 1909 Cottage back to its 1910's feel - with a modern touch!  Now,  as much fun as it would be to pump wash and dry your laundry on a line, we know that today doesn't allow us that kind of time, so we installed an all-in-on washing machine and dryer.  Not only, does this save on space, now you can spend more time with your antique gas stove cooking your gourmet meals with your fresh veggies and fruits picked from the community garden right out your front dutch door! WHAAAT??? YES!  A Community Garden & Court Yard too! Yes,  green thumb!!!!  So Much INDOOR & OUTDOOR SPACE for such a Retro Single Standing Studio - Who would have thought!
